The Artist

Julia Logan is a singer-songwriter whose voice — both comforting and piercing — has evolved from the dreamy landscapes of indie folk-pop to the earthy embrace of Americana. Based in Laguna Beach, she now channels the sundrenched warmth and storytelling depth of 70’s Southern California, crafting songs that feel both timeless and deeply personal.

Tidal Wave, marks this transition, blending introspective lyrics with twang-tinged melodies and the laid-back, organic grooves of classic Folk & Americana. The record features many high-profile session musicians: Christopher Stills on electric guitar and background vocals, Kyle Crane on drums and percussion, Elijah Thomson on electric bass, and Dan Kalisher on pedal steel and 12-string guitar.
