Terms of Service — Atelier Nastro

1. About Us

Atelier Nastro is operated by Atelier Nastro AB, registered in Sweden. Our website is www.ateliernastro.com. Contact: concierge@ateliernastro.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by Swedish law and comply with EU consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the E-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC).

3. Products and Orders

All reel-to-reel tape products are made to order. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand production begins upon payment and that made-to-order items are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfil it, in which case you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.

5. Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are stated on each product page. As products are made to order, delivery times may vary. We will notify you of any significant delays.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, this right does not apply to made-to-order or custom-made goods. By ordering from Atelier Nastro, you acknowledge this exemption applies to your purchase.

7. Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you are entitled to a remedy under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (Konsumentköplagen). Please contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the fault.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Swedish and EU law, Atelier Nastro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you may refer it to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at www.arn.se, or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
