Delivery Estimates

1. Ready-to-Ship Items (e.g., Vinyl)
Orders for standard, in-stock inventory are processed immediately. These items are typically shipped within 2–3 business days of your order placement.

2. Made-to-Order Items (Reel-to-Reel)
Custom reel-to-reel orders are manufactured specifically for your request. These items are produced and dispatched within 10 business days from the date your order is placed. Once dispatched, shipping times depend on your selected carrier method (see below).

3. Shipping Transit Times
After your order leaves our facility (either within 2–3 days or 10 days, depending on the item type), delivery times vary based on the shipping option you choose at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Approx. 5–7 business days.
• Express Shipping: Approx. 2–3 business days.
  (Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and destination.)

Important Processing Notes

• Business Days: Orders placed before 12:00 CET on weekdays are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
• Manufacturing/Made to order: Reel-to-Reel items require time for quality control and manufacturing.
• Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package is with the carrier.
